The villa is systematically rented exclusively for 1 or 2 bedrooms and the minimum rental period is 5 nights: this means that if you are 2 and rent 1 bedroom, you will be alone during your entire stay.

The rates differ according to the number of rooms reserved (2 people maximum per room)

• for 1 bedroom : 200 € / night

• for 2 bedrooms : 250 € / night
   

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on booking, the balance to be paid no later than 8 days before arrival. Payments must be made by bank transfer.

A deposit of € 500 is also requested at the time of entry into the premises and is returned in accordance with the terms of the downloadable rental contract below.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa and children who do not know how to swim are not accepted because the swimming pool is not secure.
